“So with all this new information please just listen with an open heart. How is this done? "

"It is done by listening free of judgement, free of your prior knowledge and beliefs. Then allow this information to sit with you, let it settle and see what happens, it may resonate with you, to see if you like the information, then open yourself up to this information by just allowing, as Amelia has already pointed out. Please understand if you don’t believe something in this document then that’s your belief, your point of view, and that’s fine. Just say that’s interesting but I don’t believe it, and that is perfectly Okay. You’re meant to have your own perspective, your own beliefs. Everyone is meant to have their own unique perspective, but what I can do (what I’m allowed to do) is offer you another opinion, another option, to give you another perspective, to offer a different perspective that you may (or may not) take on board. Whatever you wish.

You may find where I got this material, and some of what I say to be unbelievable. Now stop there, relax, and open your heart to the concepts I provide. Please don’t discount the whole document, as this may have something in here, you can take away with you, which helps. I have seem Atheist’s read this book, still not belief in the spirit world, but walk away with a new spark, a new openness, a new sense of awe and wonder. I hope this material will affect you, and affect how you see the world in a new and wondrous positive manner. I hope this brings you as much love and light as it did for me, in writing it.

On the darker side, please understand that ego and jealously, runs rampant in a small percentage of the light workers. This has effected most spiritual communities and groups, as it can rear its ugly head at times, and is one of those tough subjects that I want to only discuss for awareness, as this is within all of us. But also you can say this is true to a lot of different types of competitive groups, like most sports, and politics. Ego is a lesson that most light workers will face. But the spirit world has no ego, everyone is equal, we are all just going on our individual journeys, and actually the spirit world consider people on Earth to be brave, as it is a hard life on this planet. To the spirit world seeing us alone and depressed and not able to talk to God, and Angels, and Guides, and to be not able to talk to loved ones that have passed over the other side, is just torture to see, but they understand why we do it.

I wish to point here that in all the messages from aliens, and the spirit world that I have heard, they have never said anything negative. Yes they show us that we are run by the shadow government, and that we are on a ‘prison plant’, etc, etc. But they say that you choose to come here for the unique soul growth this planet has on offer. The spirit world, shows us the positive side to this negativity.

The spirit world, say that the Illuminati, have put humans in control that are young souls, and these humans are just acting like spoilt greedy children, and if anything we should send them love. These humans are the ones that control the shadow governments and banks. You see the illuminati are family and are only doing what we asked of them.

So all the information we receive from spirit comes across positively, and if it does not come across this way in my document, then that’s my fault, and I have not explained it correctly, or explained in the right way.

For example, did you know that Illuminati, stand for “enlighten ones”, and when you have finished reading this book, you will be enlightened, so you can now really consider yourself to be one of the illuminati.

Please note the aliens are not turning up because it will scare you. You would have had many Alien lifetimes already, so many ET’s will see you as family. Why would family want to scare you? If you see a UFO, then this is probably your extended family just saying hello. Also many souls came here to have an experience cut off from them, from spirituality, for soul growth, so then your extended family, your Alien friends are honouring your wishes. But they are starting to become more known within our culture, and there will be more and more alien sightings. As Aliens are now allowed to become more a part of our culture, and it will happen. If you wish to contact them now, then that is also possible, just watch one of the channellers in this book, on their youtube pages, or book a private session with them. You don’t need to spend money, as you can also talk to aliens yourself if you choose to develop your psychic powers, we all have psychic powers. However, psychic powers will take time to develop, say 6mths to 3yrs.

Also please understand it is important to keep reading this whole book, in its entirety, and it is the synergy of concepts here which is ultimate goal, as it is this combination of concepts that open the door on “How to being self-love”.

The source of God, this is what is at the core centre behind this attraction, as the core centre of God is love. God has love for all things, if there was not love for all things, then God could not exist. Therefore God is love, his core essence is love.”

“Embracing the love into your life, would allow you to connect more with that God essence within you. The God essence that you are. This will allow you to be, more one with the God Creator. This will allow you to be, more one with yourself. This will allow you to be, more one with all others. Love allows, it allows for bonding to take place, it allows for communication to take place, it allows for us all to be together as one. When you truly, truly allow love in, and you truly love all things which you’re creating, then you will be in perfect beautiful balance with yourself. Introduction (Special Note for the Non-Believers)

This is the Metaphysical Science approach on how to start the process, on how to begin Self-Love. However, the actual achieving self-love can take a long time, even years. But the concepts here will start you off in the right direction, and give you a general understanding of what you need to do. Moreover, all this information came from the psychic community and the spirit world.

My Father read this, and he is a non-believer, well he was a major non-believer when he read it. And he said he learnt this kind of information in his pursuit of sports. As there is a lot of mental preparation to becoming a top athlete or sportsmen. You have to be able to believe you are a top sportsman to be able to win, and achieve 1st place. My Father has been a long bow champion for many years, now he is into pistol shooting.

Therefore Self-love can be found in many ways, and this document provides an insight, and an understanding on how to start this process, the science of it. Of course, I can’t back up the material with proof, it is not that kind of science.

As metaphysical science explores the non-physical aspects of reality, and by its very nature cannot be accurately measured or collect data using the five physical senses.

However you will see, that the information I provide, is in the form of a group of concepts, and how these concepts relate to self-love.

If you can relate to being a nonbeliever, then please just ignore where I sourced my information, and try to come to grips with the concepts within this online book.

Please note, I have placed transcripts of some channellings in this document. I have added to, removed from, and changed all the transcripts of these channellings to suit this material. However, you can watch the full unedited channellings, and I will ask you to please do in your own time, you will be drawn to where you need to go. This is "MillyFoot" a Lemurian alien humanoid Rabbit lady, she prefers being called an alien humanoid Hare lady, because she is more related to a Hare then a Rabbit. I will use Rabbit just because it’s more common term then Hare. She is 7th density, from the Sirian star system. She is connected to our Lemurian times, back when Atlantis was still in its infancy. Please note when she is around me I clean my house, she is very motherly, and wants me to take better care of myself. And well to be honest I have been a little sick at the moment. “Rabbits Foot is a symbol for good luck, and it is because rabbits are of a high vibration. They are positive, loving, caring, and always helping others. Due to positive Karma created by their vibration, hence a rabbit’s foot is then something of good luck. But please have us as pets rather than take our feet. The vibration is stronger and you could say our 2d (2nd density, are plants and animals) counter parts can help bring good luck into your home"

"Let’s put this another way. A person pretending to be good, with a perfect record, is then put in a bad situation could turn on you and save themselves. But someone that was bad, and chooses to be a good person knows who they are, and will stand together with others until the end. I am of course of simplifying this example, as there are many lessons, and many definitions of good."

"Let’s use ego as one example. So you are in a group and you’re lost. And one member has ego issues and takes charge. This person annoys the others and will make poor judgements leading the group. But others in the group have been through ego lessons so will not try and take charge, they will stand back and only make suggestions for the good of the group."

"There are many different examples I could use."

"Let’s us please remove that saying, "once a cheater always a cheater", especially when its use it to show that people never change. Like that other saying "A Leopard never loses its spots", meaning people don't change."

"Well you all came here to Earth (also called Gaia) to learn very hard lessons, in order to change who you chose to be."

"If you ask someone that is 20yrs old are they the same person they were when they were 10yrs old, they would say, 'No'. If you asked a 40yrs old if they are the same person they were at 20yrs old they would also say, 'No'."

"For example, maybe you meet a girl (or boy) and let them treat you like crap at 20yrs old. I am sure at 40yrs old you would not put up with it, if you had learnt your lesson."

"So in summary we just want you all to know you all go through crap, and don't let your past define who you are. Your past was for a lesson, and not a life time sentence. You are all capable of bad and good, but in the end it’s all about being the person who you choose to be. And certainly don't judge others. The only one your here to judge is yourself."

"We want you to ponder why you can talk down the street and survive. Well because generally most humans have already done lots of lessons. So humans are mostly are good people, remember that. Look what happens in the event of natural and man-made disasters, you band together and help each other."

"So chose to be good, this is not weakness, there is true inner strength and power there, and will allow you to tap into abilities you have no idea about yet, also this universe provides automatic protection in the form of Karma. And see what your human species has accomplished in this new positive era, and see others around you becoming more and more positive, even with your media generating false negative news."

In truth all psychic communication is done though our God level connections, through our souls, and therefore it is done through unconditional love. Telepathy and other abilities are done through unconditional love. So the more open you are to sending and receiving love the more open these connections, and therefore the greater the information that will be available to you.

Even with verbal communications in 3rd density (the density humans are in) with other humans, the more loving you try and make the connection, the more you connect through love, the greater the volume of information you will be able to send and receive. So the greater you are open to love and connecting with love to all people, will then create less misunderstandings and less misinterpretations between people.

So in a practical way, open your heart, when you talk to someone. You will find you will start to notice little things about them. And get greater insight to what is not being said, like understand why they are talking about these things.

Don’t ever fear whether entities are negative or positive. Even negative entities are actually working though unconditional love. So the more open you are to love, the better you will therefore be able to sense if information that does not resonate, or is false.

Love really is the key to all things.

SamUwell adds that circumstances especial negative situations therefore limit your ability to understand the other person, and enhance misunderstandings, so just being aware of these limitations can help you. So if you are angry, then you will be wise to tell the other person to wait until you calm down. So being aware of your own vibration can also help you. So take note on how do you feel, and also take heed if your brain and thinking patterns, as in, if they are in a good place, or not, then decide change this, before you communicate with people. So, if you test this, then you will notice the difference.

The previous messages first came when SamUwell first taught me you can do just about anything with your Psychic abilities, just use your imagination. I could hear animals outside. SamUwell showed me a vision of me sending a radar type signal from me, that would light up objects as it moved though this 3rd density reality, similar to a radar waves.

However, I was worried that if I did this scan and negative entities were around they could feel this scan, and may retaliate in some way, then SamUwell, showed me this was actually scanning through love, and through the earth and atmosphere, which is made of God.

So no harm can happen when you’re reaching out through psychic methods, because for other beings, lets just say, it is just the same as talking. So in reaching out with love, it is the same as saying "I am here, show me who is there".

So psychic communications are always open, because we all come from God, and so our soul connections are automatically open, so this is how we automatically understand each others thoughts.

So this is the same way that negative entities, can never truly be blocked from communicating with you through telepathy. Because this is done via our god connection to all things, so this can never truly be blocked.

SamUwell, wants me to remind you all at this point for the below example, that with love we connect more fully, so if you connect with love, your communication is more open, then you can bring positive outcomes to negative situations, or more easily detect false communications, and detect lies. This is just the same as verbal communication.

For example, a female reptilian connected with peter: -

Female reptilian: "Hello peter this is 'Micheal', it is time to stop working on your book, and business. They will not work, you are just wasting your time, they are going to fail".

But peter automatically knew this was female, and she was reading Peter's thought patterns, so then she said...

Example continues: -

Female reptilian: "I like to use male names".

So then she decided to changed her tactic, and start again.

Noting just for general information, most of names for channelings are just given for a connection, let's call it a "connection name" that is just used between two beings. Most beings don't care what you call them, as names don't translate that well between languages.

Female reptilian: "This is 'Mis-chelle', we want to just warn you, that you are wasting your time with your book and program, please find an easier less painful way to make money."

This name was "Michelle", said with a lisp, like 'Missss-chelle'.

And then she knew Peter could not tell if it was another being or the same one, it was actually the same one. She knew Peter didn't know because she was reading his thoughts, and she was hiding her own thoughts. This is why Peter could feel her back away and come back, which was strange also.

So Peter wasn't sure, and was wondering if it was a group of beings, that were around trying to convince him of this.

This information was against, every other channeling, so Peter decided to ask for help.

Peter: "Hold-on Mis-chelle, let me call Archangel Micheal, because every other being tells me to continue on, this is my true path, I am heading in the right direction. So please just let me just ask for some clarity on this".

Chapter 1 – Notes Continued....

Channellings is when a psychic can allow another entity to enter his/her body, and talk through them. For an example, most people remember the movie ‘Ghost [1990]’, were Orlando the ghost enters whoopi goldberg’s body. I did a quick search, and found this movie clip on youtube, from about 6mins into the video clip.

So I guess I should introduce a few entities: -

Angels - There are many different types of angels, and I believe this is a hard life, as they need to let us go through our lessons and suffer. Well you see, angles may also need to do bad things, or let us go through bad things for our lessons, to hold back and just watch when they could have actually helped us. However they would never accrue a Karma debt, and why would I say that? Yes maybe because in a way because of all the good that they do, and that in forcing you to go through your lessons they are helping you, so the intensions of doing bad things are good and honourable. But I believe there is another reason they don’t accrue a Karma debt for doing bad things, and it is because they have a form of instant Karma, as they go through the pain and misery you go through, as they watch you suffer, they also suffer. As they have a 100% open heart, and have full and complete empathy. So if you understand this, you will understand that it will be a very hard and difficult life at times.

Spirits - Theses are souls not connected to a body, well for simplify of this article I am just going to say here that these are beings not in our density, and are in the psychic world. There are different densities, and the astral plane, different levels of density, and different levels of the astral plane, and much more, this is really a subject for another whole book, or books.

Aliens - No, I don’t have any proof, any undeniable physical proof. So I will just leave you with one scientific fact here, and that is, “that the universe is so mind boggling big, that something intelligent has to be out there”. See Appendix A if you want to see more information on how big the universe is. I just want to add here that many aliens that exist, exit on many different densities. Say a 4th density alien would be like in a ghost world to us here on the 3rd density. Both worlds overlap but never interfere with one another, so someone that walks through walls is simply shifting density for a short time.

I actually will have deniable (I didn’t say undeniable) physical proof in the form of this book, and the material and concepts that has been provided by the youtube channelling psychics, they are truly out of this world.

Gaia – This is planet earth. Our planet is Gaia, and it has a consciousness, and she loves us all. You see, if she didn’t love you, then she would not allowed you to be born on this planet.

Others – There are many other entities to add to this list, but it’s just the beginner’s guide. One of the more important one would be God, so see below...

Another point, that no one will say, but I will, so that if you struggle being lonely, then maybe try and spend some time on your own. So instead of going ahead and chasing down the next relationship, plan to stay single for a little while, maybe 12-24mths. I'm not saying to break up with your partners, just think about it next time you get the opportunity, just plan to stay single for a while maybe.

So just stay, if I ever break up with this person, then I am going to plan to stay single for a while. Then if I meet someone later on, then they will be at a new higher vibratory match, and hopefully then this next relationship will not be toxic, like the last one.

Also I don't think you need to be single to work on your self-love issues. But you will need to become more selfish, and it may put a strain on the relationship. So communication is key here.

On a side point, if you are in a relationship and if being single simulates you, then you may need to look at your relationship, as their maybe relationship issues. If this is the case you might be going to be single again soon, anyway.

Just an observation, and you don't need to do this, but many light workers find themselves single and living far away from there friends and family. They go into hibernation mode. Please understand you don't need to do this, it is just an observation. And don't worry if this is you, as this is not a permanent thing.

Also I want to point out that once you get out of a toxic relationship, and you’re devastated and alone without love, and you’re suffering heart ache. Then this heart ache is actually a product of you restricting the flow of love from your heart. So you can help this by just imagining you sending out love from your heart to workmates, your parents, your brothers and sisters, anyone and everyone. Just a little bit at a time. But do it more and more, whenever you feel like it or want to do it, and you can do this while your home and far away from these people. It may take a little while, but you will notice that your heart ache will decrease, even disappear over time, this even helps the loneliness.

The loneliness is really only fixed by self-love.

About the Author Continued...

Later I have found out that this is more common then you think for light workers, to be heavily attacked by negative entities. But not everyone will, because we are all on different journeys. But if you begin this journey and are attacked, please understand that you are not a bad person, and that you are actually going really well. Don’t put fear into this either, they don’t really hurt you at all, if anything they are quite gentle, and they only want to scare you.

If negative entities can scare you, then your vibration is lowered and this allows them more access to you. This can go on and on, lowering your vibration, until the point were they can possess you. This is quite common for some people that drink alcohol, were you can't remember the night, well this is mostly because you were not fully present, because something else had taken the controls, you were either partially or fully possessed. Note that alcohol and smoking are great for lowering your vibration. So this possession is quite common.

If you want and example of your vibration being lowered quickly, then when your angry, sad, scared, or any strong negative emotion, and you shake, like shaking with anger, shaking uncontrollably with fear, etc. Then is is an example for your vibration lowering very quickly.

However, if you are attacked and you try and keep a positive outlook, even enjoy the experience as I have. Then just know that you’re finally getting physical confirmation that all this is truly going well, because your finally on the right path. Note this experience can be quite bad, especially if you let them scare you, because this gives them power over you, even will allow them to possess you. So please see my videos for more information, only if you need it.

If you are not attacked by negative entities, then don’t worry because maybe it is not in your soul contract. That you don’t need this type of negativity for your soul growth, in this incarnation. You see, we are all on a different paths, spanning many life times.

One final point on negative entities, is this picture sums up my dealings with negative entities, as in the girl is the evil one in the below picture. I am sure you will understand that love is the answer.
