Did you know you have a choice, and can be healthy? It is all there at the supermarket. You can fix your water with an expensive tap filter system, or buy filtered zero chemical water, or use tank water. No water is perfect here, just do the best you can, and have turmeric powered herb, and gingko tables help your body remove the fluoride, and chlorine from the water. Note there are many other herbs, and foods that help your body remove toxins.
But please understand most people choose to shut down their own psychic powers when they reincarnate here, for the lessons. Therefore most people chose to turn off there psychic powers in their soul contract. Also in this soul contract, you chose your family, you choose your life, the major parts of it, even how you look, your eye colour, etc., etc.
So the lessons here are very unique within the universe, and that is why there are so many people here on the planet at this time.
You see, we have the toughest test in town as far a soul growth, within our universe. Well I guess this is the toughest planet, on the list of planets undergoing Ascension.

- Are you ready for Ascension (enlightenment)? More about this on the next page.
- Are you service to self, or service to others? Note, that this is a type of good vs evil person, but more like a good vs selfish type person. It is not selfish to help yourself first, but after that, do you help others or try and use others for you own benefit.
- To explore a negative aspect of yourself, to find out more about yourself?
- Can you go into darkness, and come back to the light?
- Can you cope with the negativity here on Earth?
